We use well established methodologies and resource the highest quality demographic and market evidence to develop highly defensible and objective real property values. We further bolster our real estate appraisals by incorporating objective statistical methodologies to analyze data so as to render out much of the bias and subjectivity which many real estate appraisers include in the appraisal work. Lastly, our real estate appraisals, like all our appraisals, comply with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice). This process enables Accredited Business Appraisals to provide our clients with clear and reliable opinions of value for the varied contexts in which they use them.

Because we are a long standing, full service appraisal firm, offering business, econometric, and real estate appraisal services we are often retained to bring all of these services to bear on one appraisal assignment, and can do so at a reduced cost than having to hire separate appraisers to value individual components of a portfolio. For instance, we can perform, in-house, all components of a portfolio valuation, which might include the appraisal of the operating business, the real estate held by the business, the furniture, fixtures and machinery & equipment held by the business, and the application of fractional interest discounts and built-in capital gains discounts where appropriate.
